The Van De Ree Team

Neal Van De Ree has been in the auction business all of his life, and has learned his trade from his father who began doing auctions in 1934. He is a CAI Certified Auctioneer from Indiana University.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Florida, attended the North Carolina Mendenhall School of Auctioneering, and the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, a member and past president of the Florida Auctioneers Association. He is a licensed realtor, and is a past Auction Marketing Council Chairman for the Florida Association of Realtors.

Other affiliations include the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, NAR, FAR, VABR. He is a past member of the New York Auctioneers Association and the Auctioneers Association of Canada.

My background can be most helpful to you while buying or selling real estate. I have purchased and sold properties here and abroad. I have lived overseas for fifteen years where I owned businesses and worked in the high tech corporate world both nationally and internationally. Terry has been a Florida resident for five years. Since his move to Florida, he has been working auctions and he knows the area well.

He has been working for Van De Ree Auction Company for four years.

Teri Abraham comes to the Real Estate arena with a degree in business and 37 years of owning her own retail businesses. After personally buying and selling homes for the last 6 years which included major renovations, Teri knows how to get the job done with hard work, dedication and integrity.

Nathan Melville has been in the real estate business for over two years.

His mission is to meet the real estate selling and buying needs of all his clients. In doing so, he strives to exceed their expectations for quality service.

David Hendrickson is our newest member of The Vanderee Auction family. He moved to Florida from New England in 1995.

His services include as a member of: Board of Adjustment  City of Bradenton Beach.   Planning and Zoning Board City of Bradenton Beach. Visioning Committee of Future Growth and Development. His real estate experience extends from sales to management of Residential, Commercial, Rentals and a Home for Senior Citizens for five years. He has been serving the real estate community for almost a decade.

His love of family, friends, fishing, a round of golf and extensive travel while developing a understanding of diverse cultures and backgrounds always maintaining a professional demeanor; treating clients and co-workers with friendliness, honesty, integrity and respect.

Jo Ellen is a Top International Auctioneer Champion and has been an international auctioneer for seven years. Jo Ellen has conducted over 650 auctions worldwide, and has recently relocated to Europe.
