My name is Neal Van De Ree. I own and operate The Van De Ree Auction Company, located at 710 Laguna Drive, Venice, Florida (34285). 

My father handed the gavel over to me in 1985.  My dad George has been selling by auction since 1934.  I have worked in this field my entire professional life and am proud to have grown up in this business. I am a CAI graduate from Indiana University and my bachelors degree is in speech communications from the University of Florida.  I have attended Law School at the University of Miami, but I am not an attorney.  We have conducted auctions in several states nationwide as well as internationally.  Our primary focus though is selling real estate in Florida. The Van De Ree Auction Company specializes in the sale of real estate by auction.  It is our opinion that rather than becoming more diverse, it is more important to focus on one thing -- the auction method of marketing real estate.

The Van De Ree Auction Company closed 92% of the properties  we auctioned last year.

We handle all the details. From developing a complete marketing campaign, all the way through to the closing.   We are fully committed to ensuring that your property closes on time and without any difficulties.  Keep in mind that the buyer pays for title insurance, documentary stamps, and all other costs related to the  closing of the property.  Our award-winning marketing division will create and launch an aggressive marketing campaign, including color brochures and targeted ads, to maximize exposure to potential buyers.   Just relax and let the buyers come to you!

We are licensed by the State of Florida (and several other states) to auction personal property, as well as being legally licensed to sell real estate. 

We are the oldest established auction company on Florida's Gulf Coast.
